of Ireland has evolved from our
existing business, Erin
Grove Preserves www.eringrove.com.
For the past number of years Erin
Grove has been involved in producing
a range of handmade preserves, chutneys
and marmalades. The appeal of our
products is that they are handmade
in the traditional way using only
the finest ingredients, without
any artificial preservatives, colours
or setting agents.
Our aim is to recreate the traditional
homemade flavours which have been
lost in so many of today’s
over-processed foods. Erin Grove’s
products are sold through speciality
food shops and various farmers’
markets, craft and food fairs.
It has been through travelling around
the country to the various markets
and country fairs that we came to
realise that there are lots of small
producers, like ourselves, based
in Ireland producing some very fine
products and we often thought that
it would be a nice idea if we could
bring all these products together
in some way - Baskets of Ireland!!
Baskets of Ireland is our solution
– a unique range of gourmet
gift hampers consisting entirely
of Irish speciality handmade foods!
We are proud to launch with our
2007 range of Christmas hampers
bringing together a very special
collection of products – something
that you won’t find anywhere
else.
Whilst we have been working hard
to track down as many suppliers
as we could find, it feels like
we are just at the tip of the iceberg
and that there are many more producers
out there just waiting to be discovered!

producer near you please send us
their details and if we include
them in our range we will send you
a complimentary hamper!
During 2008 we will be expanding
our range and introducing many more
ideas through our website - including
a ‘Create Your Own’
section where you will get to choose
the products that you want in your
