We currently deliver to Northern and Southern Ireland.

Delivery to most areas is next day, however there are some remote costal areas where only a two day service is available.

Delivery rates are as follows:

Customers in Northern Ireland - £5.00 per basket for next day delivery
Customers in Southern Ireland - £7.75 per basket for next day delivery

Our carriers require a contact telephone number in order to contact the recipient to arrange a convenient time for delivery, therefore to help ensure that the goods are delivered on time, it is important that you provide this information when ordering.

Orders are dispatched and delivered Monday – Friday. Orders will be dispatched the day following receipt and delivered the day after that. For example, an order received on Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday; orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.

If you are not completely happy with a hamper that you have purchased from us you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the hamper is undamaged and in its original packaging. Please contact us in writing or email us at customerservices@basketsofireland.com to let us know that you would like to return a hamper. We will then arrange for the hamper to be collected and returned to us. A full refund will be made, including carriage costs, within 7 days of receipt to the purchaser’s credit card.

In the event of an item being damaged please contact us by email at customerservices@basketsofireland.com or by telephone within 24 hours of receipt, we will then arrange for the item to be returned to us and a replacement issued.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellations

Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order purchased on this website, within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund.

For items that already have been dispatched our returns policy, above, will apply. If you cancel before your order has been dispatched a full refund will be made to your credit card within 7 days of your cancellation.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Acceptance of Orders

All orders placed via this website will be accepted at the discretion of Baskets of Ireland. Orders will normally be accepted provided the goods are available, the recipient resides in our published delivery area and successful authorisation of your credit card payment is obtained by our payment provider. No order will be deemed to be accepted by us until confirmed by email or in writing by us. Confirmation will include your details; the delivery address; quantity, description and price of the goods; delivery charges; total cost of the order; and delivery date.

Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions and pictorial representations displayed on this website are accurate. However we cannot be held responsible for minor variations/anomalies which may occur from time to time.

Availability

We will endeavor to ensure that all advertised products are available in stock. However in the event of a product not being available we reserve the right to replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value. You will be informed of any substitutions that we have made at the order confirmation stage.

Pricing

The price of the goods are as set out against each product on this website. Prices are quoted in UK Sterling and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, however if you place an Order the prices quoted on the Order will be fixed once you receive an Order Confirmation from us. Delivery costs will be made as an additional charge.

Payment

By providing us with details of your credit/debit card and placing an Order you are confirming that: the details of the Order are accurate and acceptable to you; you are authorized to use the card; and you authorize us to deduct from the card account all monies due in order to fulfill your Order. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Switch Solo. In the event of payment authorization being refused we can cancel the Order and suspend any further deliveries to you.

We will take all reasonable care to keep all information connected with your order secure but we cannot be held liable for any loss that you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorized access to any data, including credit and account details you provide when accessing or ordering from this website, unless this is solely due to our negligence.

Delivery

Delivery shall be made by our carrier to the address that you provide on your Order. It is imperative, therefore, that this address is accurate and that a contact telephone number is provided so that our carrier can make arrangements with the recipient for the goods to be delivered. Whilst we will make every effort to ensure that the goods are delivered on the agreed date we cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Baskets of Ireland shall not be liable for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the products sold from or referred to on this website

Risk

Risk of damage/loss of the goods passes to the customer at time of delivery. It is important, therefore, that goods are examined for any obvious signs of loss or damage on delivery and that we are notified within 24 hours of receipt. Baskets of Ireland have no liability for loss or damage after this time.

Title

All goods shall remain the property of Baskets of Ireland until paid for in full.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order up until 14 days after receipt of the goods. The procedure for doing so is outlined in our Returns Policy.

We use Realex Payments to process payments securely. Realex Payments are certified and approved by several leading financial institutions and have been accredited with the AIS (Account Information Security) certification by VISA - one of the few companies in Europe to achieve this. All information when in transit via the internet is encrypted (up to 128bit SSL) to ensure confidentiality of sensitive data. All messages sent to us and the responses from us are authenticated using digitally signed digests. All requests are verified against a legal list of IP address and referring URLs. Realex’s technical infrastructure is located in secure co-location facilities that have 24x7 manned security and advanced building management systems along with environmental controls.

Realex Payments are registered with the data protection commissioner as a "Data Processor". Cardholder information is encrypted and not displayed in our reporting systems.

Where necessary to prevent fraud or reduce credit risk we may exchange your Personal Information with our Payment Service Provider.
